The item being returned must be unworn and in its original condition.
AudreyReignBoutique is not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us or any returns postage incurred unless your item is faulty.
All refunds are processed with 14 working days of recieiving the item.
There are no charges for returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, AudreyReignBoutique's cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you.
You will receive an email to notify you that we have recieved your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund is processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 working days.
