General Order Info

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn.

We can only accept one coupon code per order.

If you purchase an item in our SALE category, the items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

If you have questions regarding our items prior to placing your order, or are having technical issues while ordering, please email us at audreyreignboutique@gmail.com     Please allow 24 hours for staff response.

 

Returns

Please fill out the return request form prior to returning an item:

Merchandise may be returned within 60 days from the order date.

Refund will be approved for the amount of the item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, AudreyReignBoutique's cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
